Balancing Group Sound Meditation
GROUP SOUND MEDITATION
2 Hr Sound Meditation
Would you like to unwind from the challenges of the world all around you?
Have you been aware that your nervous system is on overdrive?
Are you open to allowing your body to let go of all the stressors that may keep you up at night?
Allow your mind, body and soul to relax and deepen into your True essence as the powerful healing vibrations of sound interweave in a beautiful dance with Spirit.
What to expect:
We’ll start the evening by setting an intention as we settle into the space. We’ll then begin with some gentle breath work and vocalizing, followed by a relaxing journey of various overtone emitting instruments such as chimes, drums, rainsticks, rattles, handpan, and singing bowls.
The sound immersion itself will be about 90 mins. We’ll leave time at the beginning and the end for sharing and processing.
*A limited amount of yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets will all be provided (feel free to bring your own) so you can be as comfortable as possible. We’ll also have chairs available for those who would prefer to sit. Feel free to be a journal to write anything down and a closed top water bottle!
What can sound do?
By utilizing sound therapy with deep listening practices we can create an ideal entry point for a meditative experience and practice, particularly for anyone who has struggled to embrace more traditional forms of meditation.
It can bring you into a deep state of relaxation, lowering stress, blood pressure, anxiety and aiding in sleep while calming the nervous system.
You’ll be in a supportive and loving cocoon to hold space for whatever experiences come through.
Meet the Host
Matthew is a Certified Sound Therapist where he graduated from the 6 month program at Soundwise Health School of Harmonic Therapy with Lana Ryder, LMT, HTA, AADP, URMT; a Reiki Practitioner; graduate of the Beehive Mystery School Level II, at Bee Present Wellness; and student to life and all its ebbs and flows.
Matthew considers some of his deeper work to be in bringing compassion and self-love into our daily reality in a more intimate way. To remember the love and playfulness that’s available to us at all times and the power we each have to tap into that strength that lies within us.
He is passionate about community and creating authentic connections with others as we continue to heal ourselves and the planet. Matthew lovingly holds space for all and recognizes the power we each have to get in touch with our inner selves - to rediscover compassion, acceptance and self-love and embrace it into our lives with greater ease.

The sound immersion itself will be about 90 mins. We’ll leave time at the beginning and the end for sharing and processing.
*Yoga mats, cushions, bolsters, and blankets will all be provided so you can be as comfortable as possible. We’ll also have chairs available for those who would prefer to sit. Feel free to write anything in a journal and bring a closed-top water bottle!
What can sound do?
By utilizing sound therapy with deep listening practices we can create an ideal entry point for a meditative experience and practice, particularly for anyone who has struggled to embrace more traditional forms of meditation.

*I want these safe spaces accessible for all, so I offer a sliding scale to better fit each person’s situation. I also know it’s during the toughest times that we need the most support and I’m always willing to find a way, so please reach out and we’ll figure something out together!

Medicine Buddha Puja & Sound Healing Experience

Doors will open at 6 pm. The Medicine Buddha Puja will begin at 6:30 pm. After a brief intermission, Jaque will begin the Sound Healing session. This sound immersion will amplify the medicine of the puja, as well as complement it. Combining sound and Divine Light Energy Healing featuring chants, guided meditation, gong therapy, Native American flute a variety of bells, shruti box, drums, and singing bowls. With Jaque’s 23+ years immersed in sound therapy and the Initiate’s curriculum of therapeutic sound, participants may feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

This life, this journey, this daily grind can be SO COMPLICATED! We expend vast amounts of energy in our commutes, our food production, our technological maintenance, our kid’s activity schedules, etc. With all these complex layers of energy surrounding our lives, there is an important place where simplicity and ease invite us to our human core - the primal flow.
The “primal flow” is in all of us - it’s a space of timeless vitality that carries forth all of humanity on the currency of free-existing energy.
This primal flow really brings us back to the basics of life: the microscopic nitty gritty - the molecular level! Basically, the tiniest bits of you are made of the elements - Earth, Air, Fire, Water (ether) - and those elements are made of even more basal energy - yin and yang, or the masculine principle and the feminine principle. This primal flow is colored by streams of these tiny bits mixing and matching to generate the ebb and flow of energy in motion (e-motion) that carries you through your day, and ultimately, your whole life journey. Balanced and clear primal currents create an easeful experience of ALL the color combinations that come through and at us!
The Moon is a great planetary mama that consistently and steadily cycles “through it all” without fail - all the elements, all the principles, and the combinations of them all! She is a Grandmother reminding us “This too shall pass” and “It’s just a phase.” The Moon influences our bodies and minds into a memory of simpler times held in balance with the beautiful complexity of the vast nature of existence around us. We were never meant to carry the complexity, but maybe the complexity was meant to carry us.
So, we’ll turn to the Moon and allow her to the light way, as we:
1. Move, walk, stretch, and dance through the phases of the moon around a circle
2. Experience the aforementioned mix & match of energy through rhythm & movement
3. Allow ourselves to meet the primal flow within through guided journey work
5. Soften the kinks and sharp turns of modern complexity that block integration of our primal flow through a Surrender Sound Bath
Exchange: $40

Men's Wellness Retreat
“Self-care means giving yourself permission to pause.”
- Cecilia Tran
Life is filled with an abundance of things that we need to get done. Go here. Run there! We often forget to take time out of our busy lives to relax and connect, both with ourselves and others, especially as men.
We invite you to take a moment from your life to pause and join us for a men’s retreat. This retreat is focused on reconnecting with yourself and connecting with other men in a safe space.
Join us at the beautiful Amethyst Retreat Center in Duncannon, PA, for a weekend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and fellowship. In addition to structured time, you will have time to wander in nature, journal, play, and enjoy a sit in the sauna or a cold plunge. We will also take time to share meals together.
We will be staying in the Main House at the Retreat Center, which comfortably sleeps 12. Additional space for camping is also available. For more information about the Retreat Center, CLICK HERE.
The total cost for the weekend is $150, which covers your accommodation and all programs. We have decided to have everyone provide their own towels and linens to keep the cost reasonable for anyone who would like to attend. Meals, coffee, tea, and water will be provided. We ask everyone to bring a snack and any additional beverages that they would like.
Sound amazing? Please Reserve your Spot by clicking the link on the right. Then we will provide you with additional details. Keep in mind that space is limited.

This 90-minute class will consist of Yin Yoga + Sound Healing. Yin Yoga is a wonderful practice for releasing deeply held tension in the body and mind. The slow movement encourages us to soften the body so we can access and release the deeper connective parts of our being. Sound healing supports wellbeing through vibrational frequency.
To support your journey inward, Matthew Kramer, Certified Sound Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, and I have teamed up to offer a monthly Sunday Series: Soul-FULL Sunday. You’ll be invited to relax and open to the possibility for the release of tension and energy stagnation and enter into a space of stillness, peace and calm.
Class Description: Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues through slow and meditative movements. Poses are held between 3 to 5 minutes, which help stretch and lengthen those rarely used tissues. Yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies that there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, blockages and meridian pathways are opened up so energy can flow freely. Throughout the practice, Matthew will guide you into a deeper state of relaxation through the use of sound and vibration.
Investment in Self: $35
Space is Limited to 8 students.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Matthew will connect with each client by taking their intentions and anchoring them in with a guided, fully immersive sound experience that includes various overtone emitting instruments such as the gong, frame, and handpan drums, rattles, rain sticks, tuning forks, chimes, singing bowls, and others.
* Many of these instruments can be placed on the body if the client is comfortable, allowing for a more immersive experience with vibrations.

There will be time at the beginning and end for processing and integrating. Feel free to be a journal to write anything down.
WHAT CAN SOUND DO?
By utilizing sound therapy with deep listening practices we can create an ideal entry point for a meditative experience and practice, particularly for anyone who has struggled to embrace more traditional forms of meditation.
It can be extremely soothing and bring you into a deep state of relaxation, but it can also provoke a wide range of experiences. When we create space to become our own witness sometimes we encounter unresolved challenges and sound therapy can assist in bringing some of this to the surface.
You’ll be in a supportive and loving cocoon to hold space and process whatever experiences come through.
*I want these safe spaces accessible for all, so I offer a sliding scale to better fit each person’s situation. I also know it’s during the toughest times that we need the most support and I’m always willing to find a way, so please reach out and we’ll figure something out together!
