Matthew will connect with each client by taking their intentions and anchoring them in with a guided, fully immersive sound experience that includes various overtone emitting instruments such as the gong, drumming, rattles, rain sticks, tuning forks, chimes, singing bowls and others.

Throughout the session, Matthew can also incorporate some gentle breath work and vocalizing to help empower the client to tap into these gifts of sound which we all have available to ourselves.

Instruments can be placed on the client and played if comfortable and essential oils and aromatherapy sprays may be used.

There will be time at the beginning and end for processing and integrating. Feel free to be a journal to write anything down.

Sliding Scale: I want these safe spaces to be accessible for all, so I offer a sliding scale to better fit each person’s situation. I also know it’s during the toughest times that we need the most support and I’m always willing to find a way, so please reach out and we’ll figure something out together!
